The first event of “zufrieden leben” initiative took place on 26th of June and was a great evening for all participants.

Useful insights from positive psychology researches introduced by Ruth and Margarete were combined immediately with moving and joyful practical exercises, which arranged for laugh and good mood!


We learned, among other things:

- what kinds of happiness exist

- what contributes to the long-term and moment happiness

- what makes a relation between people stronger and more satisfactory

- which small steps each of us can do to raise his or her own feeling of happiness
